MarkMods FAQ / Login issues / I can't login to my FTP server anymore
In case you face problems connecting to our FTP server / Filemanager, please retry logging in up to 5 times, it can be a bit "lazy" sometimes.
If you still face problems logging in, please make sure you have entered the correct username and password (which you can find in your control panel).
If that did not help, please inform us so we can check what might be the cause.
